A person posts a pledge to make a contribution or commit to a certain action (like giving up smoking) if X number of other people agree to do the same by a certain date. The site tracks progress of the pledges and sends reminders. Good for quickie fundraising.

I'm currenty a 23 y/o m going to school fulltime. I barely make enough to make ends meet and I've got some severe teeth issues. I constantly have toothaches and several of my teeth are rotting away despite trying to take care of them. I haven't been to a dentist in years due to finacial hardships and the pain is now becoming unbearable. Does anyone know any good dentists located around the Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio area that are willing to work with patients or do pro bono work? I know I need at least 2 root canals.
I need a heart operation. My left coronary artery is running
between the aorta and the pulmonary artery and is getting crushed
and can brake at anytime. The doctors want to do the operation but
the hospital administration at the university of Utah, won't let the doctors proceed with a few tests and the operation because I have no insurance and not enough money to pay for the operation. $120,000.00
I need some help finding grants or loans ASAP.
Without wasting time looking at a bunch of web pages.
I need addresses and phone numbers.
